Order Acceptance & Contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order (e.g. an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs) we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Products & Pricing
We take care to describe and price products accurately. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Product images are illustrative.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our liability for any product is limited to its purchase price.
