14-Day Right to Cancel (statutory)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason from the moment you place it until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. To cancel, email us at support@astraglow.co.uk with your order number — a clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (goodwill)
In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible, items should be unused, in a resaleable condition and returned with their original packaging and accessories. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; we may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value from handling beyond that.
Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items, we cover the return cost.
Faulty or Not-as-Described Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have a right to a refund within 30 days, or a repair/replacement thereafter. This is in addition to the rights above.
How to Return & Refund Timing
Email support@astraglow.co.uk with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and, where we are responsible, provide a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back (or of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner).
